Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

If you're not delighted with your purchase you can send the item back to Potts Point store within 7 days of purchase with tags intact and we will happily exchange for another size/item or refund the purchase price (excludes SALE items). Return of items that were sent with Free Shipping will incur a $10 shipping/handling fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges will be charged a $10 re-shipping fee. Items must be returned with a trackable number or registered post as we do not take any responsibility for goods lost in transit. Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery, hats or any used or washed items unless there is a manufacturer's defect. If there is a defect the item will be returned to the manufacturer for appraisal. SALE items are not eligible for return or refund so please choose carefully.
