PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE CHANGED OUR POLICY
If you're not delighted with your purchase you can send the item back to Potts Point store within 7 days of purchase, unworn with tags intact and we will apply a store credit to your account (excludes SALE items). Return of items that were sent with Free Express Shipping will incur a $15 shipping/handling fee which will be deducted from the credit amount. Exchanges will be charged a $15 re-shipping fee. Items must be returned with a trackable number or registered post as we do not take any responsibility for goods lost in transit. Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery, hats or any used or washed items unless there is a manufacturer's defect. If there is a defect the item will be returned to the manufacturer for appraisal.SALE items are not eligible for return or credit so please choose carefully.
